Roof estimates include all roofing items. Siding estimates include all siding items. All estimates include exterior accessories, items for other structures and disposal. All estimates include 20 additional items. A roof estimate can include siding and still only cost $99 if the 20 additional items are sufficient to include your siding items (and vice versa with roofing for siding estimates). Estimates that require more than 20 additional items will have an additional charge of $1 per item.

Our form is highly dynamic allowing us to offer you 1000's of items without forcing you to sort through piles of info. The form is full of tips and helpful hints that will guide you through each step of the process. A simple roof estimate can be ordered in as little as 5 minutes and the largest roof and siding estimate still takes less than 30.

2 Upload any files you have.

Uploading files is easy! You can upload an EagleView or other aerial report. You can upload an adjusters estimate if you have one. If you have images to clarify the work done, you can add those too! Our form will generate the questions you need, depending on the information you have and files uploaded.

3 Give us a list of revisions to make.

If working from an EagleView report or adjusters written Xactimate estimate, use our form to tell us what you want done differently. Don't waste time telling us information already contained in those documents. If you do not have either document, simply follow the steps on the form and we will collect all the needed information

4 We will write your Xactimate estimate.

We will return your estimate with 48 hours of receiving all the need info. EagleView typically takes 2 days to process a request but it can be longer. No estimate is complete until you review it and confirm the items, quantities and costs are correct. Revisions are handled with 24 hours and are often returned same day.
